Kinship Yoga’s exceptional Yin/restorative class, integrated with a curated group of established and emerging body, energy, sound, and sense workers. Feel the healing vibrations build throughout the class while tuning in to your own deepening stillness in this transformative class.  As one of the featured healers, I will be focusing on many students during the Yin practice to release areas of tension and trauma. This class is Monday and Thursday every week.
